MetroWest Retreat 2019: Using the Slogans to Work the Steps

Join us for a weekend of sharing, fellowship, study and fun at the beautiful Sacred Hearts Retreat Center on Cape Cod Bay. From Friday evening through lunchtime Sunday, there will be plenty of opportunity to focus on recovery and relaxation. An experienced OA member will show us how the Slogans of Overeaters Anonymous can help support our working of the 12 Steps, using qualification, sharing and writing activities. There will also be time for meditation, crafts, conversation and nature, with the retreat center's trails and beach. All meals Saturday and breakfast and lunch Sunday are provided (there is no dinner Friday).
